By renting a dumpster from Dumpster Rental Philadelphia Champs (“Company”), you (“Customer”) agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. This agreement governs the rental and use of our dumpster services.
Rental Period and Fees
- Duration: The standard rental period is [specify duration, e.g., “7 days”], commencing from the delivery date. Extensions are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
- Pricing: Rental fees are determined based on dumpster size, rental duration, and disposal weight. All fees will be outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of booking.
Delivery and Pickup
- Access: Customer must ensure unobstructed access to the designated dumpster location for timely delivery and pickup. Delays caused by obstacles may result in additional fees.
- Placement: Dumpsters placed on public property, including streets or sidewalks, require a permit from the City of Philadelphia. Obtaining this permit is the Customer’s responsibility.
Use of Dumpster
- Prohibited Materials: The disposal of hazardous or toxic materials, including but not limited to flammable substances, asbestos, batteries, and certain appliances, is strictly forbidden.
- Loading Guidelines: Debris must not exceed the dumpster’s weight capacity or extend beyond its dimensions. Overloading may incur additional fees and pose safety hazards.
Permits and Compliance
- Permitting: For dumpsters placed in the public right-of-way, a permit is mandatory. Customers are responsible for securing this permit prior to delivery.
- Regulatory Adherence: Customers must comply with all local ordinances and regulations concerning dumpster use, including noise restrictions and placement guidelines.
Liability and Indemnification
- Property Damage: The Company is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces resulting from dumpster placement or removal. Customers should take necessary precautions to protect their property.
- Indemnity: Customers agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented dumpster.
Termination
- The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement without notice if the Customer violates any terms herein or engages in unlawful activities concerning the dumpster use.
Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Philadelphia County.
Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes prior to their next rental.
